Overview of Our Project

This study focuses on understanding associations between relational functioning, stress, and eating behaviors. We are interested in exploring whether decreasing stress also decreases levels of stress eating. Stress and stress eating can negatively impact health; therefore, reducing the impact of stress is important.  Would you like to participate in this very important work?

We will ask you and your partner to participate together.  You will both participate in activities designed to help reduce your overall level of stress.  Even if you are only experiencing a little stress, this project is designed to help you.  You do not need to leave your home to participate.  Everything is online.  We will actually mail materials directly to you, and communicate via email, phone and Zoom calls.
